Drop HIIT Like HIITs Hot

Summer is right around the corner and we got a HIIT workout for you! You'll be getting sweaty and feeling great (or sore). Every exercise will be 1 minute long, and you’ll do 3 rounds of the workout. Make sure to take 1 minute of rest in between rounds. Give it your all and have a great weekend!

  2. Mountain climbers 
  3. Triceps dips
  4. Jumping jacks
  5. Goblet squats 
  6. High knees
  7. Kettlebell swings
  8. Speed skaters 
  9. Plank 
  10. Burpees
  11. Bicycle crunches 
  12. Tuck jumps
